Complete the captcha and enter your email address or username to have your password sent to you. (Once you complete this process and follow the instructions in the email, you should regain instant access to the Skyward Family Access system.)
If you still can’t log into Skyward Family Access:
Did you request an account at least a week ago? (It can take up to a week to process new requests.)
Have you tried entering your password as all lowercase letters?
Is your student still enrolled in Vancouver Public Schools? Accounts are automatically disabled when a child leaves the district.
If you still can’t access the system, please contact your school’s office for additional assistance.
