If voters approve a bond measure, every school and a few of the district’s support facilities would benefit.
- The Jim Parsley Community Center and Propstra Aquatic Center would receive new swimming pool equipment.
- The Jim Parsley Center also would receive a new boiler and single-pane windows.
- The building that houses the district’s transportation department would be remodeled and expanded for the district’s dispatchers.
- The facility support service center would receive a high-speed fiber connection.
Fund for the majority of the above projects is contingent on state assistance funds, which the district will receive only if local voters approve the bond measure that will appear on the Feb. 14, 2017, special election ballot.
