Congratulations to Columbia River High School’s Symphony Koss! The talented sophomore recently was named a gold medalist in the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra’s Young Artists competition. She and two other gold medalists each will receive a $1,000 scholarship and the opportunity to perform with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra as guest artists on April 22 and 23, 2017.

This one of many accolades for the violinist. The previous spring, she was a third-place winner in the Junior String National Competition, in addition to earning several other awards.
