$725 (after June 30, 2017, a $50 late charge applies). Additional $25 lab fee for AP® Biology, AP® Chemistry and AP® Physics. Fees include registration, teacher materials, breakfast and lunch.
Earn credits or clock hours
You may choose to earn either two (semester) graduate-level professional development credits from San Diego State University or 29 clock hours. Clock hour paperwork will be available at the institute.
San Diego State University credit information ($160 for two professional credits)
In addition to attendance and participation in the entire course, participants desiring credit from SDSU will submit a three- to five-page paper (double-spaced, 650-word minimum) synthesizing the various experiences that took place during this course. The paper should describe the best concepts or practices learned and how they will integrate or apply them in their work. Details on paper deadline, submission and transcripts will be available at the institute.
Registration 7 to 8 a.m.
Monday through Thursday:
7 to 8 a.m.—Breakfast
8 a.m. to noon—morning session
Noon to 12:45 p.m.—lunch
12:45 to 4 p.m.—afternoon session
The institute adjourns at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3; participants should not plan for an early departure on Thursday.
