Board meeting

This meeting will be held in person (limited seating due to COVID-19 guidelines and protocols in place) at the Bates Center for Educational Leadership. Members of the public wishing to attend in person must make a request to be present via registration. The pre-registration process is required to assist public health authorities, if needed, with contact tracing. The registration deadline closes at 8 a.m. on June 7, 2021. Individuals must submit a request to Aaron Beierschmitt at aaron.beierschmitt@vansd.org with the following information required for in person attendance:

• Name
• Telephone numbers
• Email addresses
• Mailing or residential addresses

Information above is exempt from disclosure when collected for a public health purpose. Additionally, this information must be retained for 28 days following the meeting. Information provided will be destroyed when no longer needed.

Should we reach occupancy at Bates 100, there will be an overflow venue for individuals who wish to attend in-person to view/listen to the meeting via Zoom.

Individuals must wear masks and maintain a 6′ distance from other participants at all times.

Citizens attending in person, who wish to make comments, must write their name on the sign-in sheet upon entry to the meeting room. Those signed up will have three minutes to address the Board.

Requests to make Zoom public comments can be submitted to VPSBoard.Directors@vansd.org by noon on June 8, 2021. Citizens wishing to address the board must submit their full name and address for the record along with their topic. Those signed up will have three minutes to address the Board.
