Hudson’s Bay seniors receive early admission to WSU, WSUV

Congratulations to the Hudson’s Bay High School students who have received early admission to Washington State University and WSU Vancouver.

Admitted to WSU: Julia Henderson, Newalla Comstock, SocorroVictoria Zapata-Lerma, Cadence Gorrell, Dakota Daniel, Danae Lee, Courtney Cochran, Alex Embleton, David Wallum, Alex Flores, Ashley Beard, Allison Tapia-Flores, Glory Mendoza, Anthony Sanchez, Jase Murphy, Jacob Johnston, Cinthia Huizar, Vanessa Clark, Joselyn Rojas, Eric Fich, Kameron Kerns and Danny Villagrana.

Admitted to WSU Vancouver: Ariele Retherford, Alan Nuno, Ilda Sanchez, Austin Bishop, Kyle Renn, Linda Martinez, Charissa Cramer, Chase Siebers, Raymond Doner, Courtney Doner, Emma Meisner, Tyra Hardin, Thommy Le, Cody Cichosz, Makaela Fai-Fai-Oslund, Carmen Huizar, Jai Barboza and Fabiola Flores.

Many participated in Advancement Via Individual Determination, a college- and career-readiness elective class, and recently met with university representatives to learn about campus life and the enrollment process.

Said Anthony Sanchez, who is weighing three schools, including WSU, for architecture programs, “I’m ready for college and what it has to bring!”
