Seven Vancouver Public Schools students are among approximately 16,000 semifinalists in the 2021 National Merit Scholarship Program. The nationwide pool of semifinalists represents less than 1% of U.S. high school seniors. Selection is based on scores from the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
