Framework we use

Leadership
for school principals

Student achievement is a shared responsibility involving the student, family, educators and community. To this end, the principal’s leadership is essential. As leader, the principal is accountable for the continuous growth of individual students and increased school performance. The leadership framework supports principal growth in eight areas: creating a culture, ensuring school safety, planning with data, aligning curriculum, improving instruction, managing resources, engaging communities and closing the achievement gap.
