Bargaining teams for the district and VEA met on Friday, Aug. 17, 2018. Both teams presented new salary proposals. The negotiations website has been updated to reflect these new proposals.
Bargaining teams are scheduled to meet on August 21-24 and on August 27.
The VPS Board of Directors and leadership team are committed to providing teachers and other district employees with fair and competitive wages in a fiscally responsible and sustainable manner.
