Groundbreaking event for the new Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School

This event celebrates the beginning of construction on the new Martin Luther King Jr. school. Several students will participate in the ceremony, which will include remarks by Principal Janell Ephraim, Superintendent Steve Webb and a board director.
