Join Superintendent Webb on a tour!

Have you been in a Vancouver school lately? If you’re a parent, probably. If you’re a community member without kids in school, possibly. But we bet you haven’t seen all of them.

Our tours are open to parents, community members and anyone who is interested in learning how the district’s strategic plan shapes everyday learning.

The best way to get to know Vancouver schools is to see them in action. Superintendent Steve Webb invites you to come along and join him on a patron tour. Typically two different schools are featured. Tours are scheduled three times per year.

The tour really gave me a wonderful overview of the programs throughout VPS.

Great organization. Loved the bus ride, students greeting us, the music—it was all great.
Kristi, Educator, Portland Public Schools
I feel this was an outstanding tour. As a product of VSD many years ago (1962 Fort grad), I was really impressed.
Rich, Fort Vancouver alum
Regarding lunch and entertainment: Outstanding jazz group. Food was very impressive. Young folks are so refreshing to be around. These kids have the passion for sure.
