Important immunization update: A new state law revises immunization requirements for measles, mumps and rubella.

As of July 2019, a new law removes the personal and philosophical option to exempt children from the MMR vaccine required for school and child care attendance. Medical and religious exemptions are not affected by this new law. You can find more information about immunization requirements at

All student attending Vancouver Public Schools during the 2019-20 school year must meet current immunization requirements or obtain a legal exemption. Many local clinics and events offer immunizations.
